Educational Outreach

Given the cultural, social and historic significance of this project, “The Butterflies of Memory” and it’s key elements of hope, transformation and memory, I am confident that it would have a great impact for NY city public school children and the elderly. Therefore “the Butterflies of Memory” Team has developed a multi level educational outreach program designed to reach over 300 children and seniors.

All of the corresponding educational outreach projects we will be focusing on the central issues of the work: Memory, Transformation, Beauty and Hope. There will be additional development of the concepts of memory and architecture and the metaphor of butterflies generally based on the age and interests of the respective demographic, using these as a starting points and lenses through which to access their own creativity.
